1.   Call the meeting to order.
 
2.   This Special Meeting was called pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Law.  Notices were emailed to the Asbury Park Press, the Atlantic City Press and the Sandpaper on September 26, 2016.  Notices were posted on the bulletin board in the Municipal Building, the Post Office and the website.  Notices on the bulletin board have remained continuously posted.
 
 
3.   ORDINANCE #2016-14 FIRST READING
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF HARVEY CEDARS APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $381,000 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE BOROUGH OF HARVEY CEDARS
